Cancellation fees for a missed/cancelled appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled date.

Due to a significant increase in missed appointments at our hospital, cancellation fees will apply to your file for any missed, cancelled or late appointment (more than 15 minutes) within a period of less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Consultations/exams: Fee of $40 + taxes charged if cancellation or missed appointment within 24 hours

Surgeries: Sterilizations and/or estimated less than $999: Fee of $100 + taxes charged if cancellation or missed appointment within less than 24 hours.

To make a dental appointment and/or surgery for which the estimate exceeds $1000: A deposit of $250 is required to reserve an appointment slot and will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled or missed within less than 24 hours.
