To access the Play Area and the Boutique Hotel of the complex, we ask:

Make sure your dog's vaccinations are up to date. In addition to basic vaccines (DHPP and rabies), the vaccine against kennel cough (Bordetella) is also required. To provide good immunity, vaccination should be done at least 2 weeks before your dog's stay at the boarding center.

We recommend that our clients offer prevention against parasites such as fleas, ticks and intestinal worms. Despite the good precautions we take, it is possible that an animal carrying parasites goes unnoticed and comes into contact with your animal or its immediate environment. This makes it easier to prevent before your dog has the chance to bring these parasites home!

Bring your pet's food for their stay with us.

Be sure to leave a way to contact you or someone you trust in the event of a medical emergency. You will also need to give us the necessary authorizations so that a veterinarian can adequately care for your dog if they become ill during your absence. We also recommend giving clear instructions about your intentions in the event of an emergency.
